Beginning at Metropolitan Life in 1981, Steve quickly became one of their most successful agents. He then joined Lincoln Financial in 1986 as an agent where he began to shine.
At Lincoln he received recognition as the #1 life advisor in the country 4 different years. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table as well as a lifetime member of the prestigious “Top of the Table”. An honor reserved for less than 1% of the most successful advisors.
After his successes at Lincoln, he formed his own group enabling him to serve his clients with not only Lincoln products, but all top rated carriers. Thus, he formed the Serot Group.

Becoming licensed in 2018, Jeff grew up around the business.
Jeff graduated from University of Missouri - Columbia, with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. However he quickly began focusing on the family business, life insurance.
With guidance from his step-father, Steve, he has worked to help clients find the right products for their needs.
